took away the garbage........

The insurance guy called today and he wants to see my project and put on the proper insurance.
That is really great - at least he thinks it is worth a lot!
I'll let you knw how it turns out in a couple of days!
Otherwise I did not go out and work on it today.....

What a hot day!
I just wouldn't turn on the air since I was going to there for a short time anyway.
Friends came over to look at the project and they gave me a few ideas. And then my honey came over and we talked about the color scheme and how the colors should work together and her grand daughter was there too and she had some input too.
At about 4:30 I took aut the hammmer and chisel and chiped away the loose cement so I could parge it the next time I return = probably Monday....
I'm going to try and get a few pictures so you can see what I'm starting with and follow along and maybe give a few ideas

I can't belive it.....I actually got a sketch from an arcitect to indicate what kind of work I have to do to complete the project. I thought I could do it myself but powers at be told me to hire a professional.....I hope it is worhtwhile because it cost more than a expected - next time I will get an estimate first..............
anyway, maybe the powers will be impressed and let me do the project without any more red tape!!!!!!

Hi,
I'm Peter.
This is my first blog ever!
I bought this project about a month ago and it is going to be quite the porject to get off the ground.
I take possession on Thursday and I will go and take a close look at it and see what work it will take to fix up.
I am not sure how blogs work but maybe someone will be interested in my work and follow it on this blog and give me ideas on how to fix it. At least that is what I think blogs are supposed to do - conversations on www and stuff like that.........
this is a pretty big project (well not so pretty yet) but I hope it will be when finished.
It is raining so I am indoors now for a bit so I thought it would be a good time to try and write a bit into this blog thing!
